A return or refund is only approved if:

Zodiac Wear covers the return shipping cost.
A replacement or refund will be issued once verified.

Items without original tags or packaging
Personalized or final sale items
Change of mind after delivery

Failure to provide this proof may result in the claim being denied.
Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items.
We do not offer exchanges for size.
Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
