Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. However, returns and refunds are strictly limited to specific situations outlined below.


Important Size Policy (No Size-Based Returns)

All product sizes are clearly listed in our size chart on each product page.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have reviewed the size chart carefully.

  • You understand that we do NOT accept returns or issue refunds due to incorrect size selection.

  • We strongly recommend sizing up if you are between two sizes for the best fit.

Returns or refunds will NOT be approved for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Fit preferences

  • Items being too tight or too loose


When a Return or Refund IS Accepted

A return or refund is only approved if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

In these cases:

  • Zodiac Wear covers the return shipping cost.

  • A replacement or refund will be issued once verified.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Used or worn items

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Personalized or final sale items

  • Change of mind after delivery


How to Report a Damaged or Incorrect Item

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A photo of the original packaging

  • A photo showing the shipping label

Failure to provide this proof may result in the claim being denied.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items.

We do not offer exchanges for size.


Refund Processing

  • Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time is up to 15 business days after approval.

  • Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.

  • Product condition required: New, unused, with tags
